We start with a series of discovery meetings to better understand who you are as a brand, and what your digital transformation needs are. We’ll explore your goals, concerns, budget and more. This crucial phase ensures all parties are aligned on vision and objective.

02 Solution Design & Engineering

With a high-level understanding of your digital transformation goals, we can dive deeper into designing a custom-tailored solution. We’ll discuss locations, develop concepts, make recommendations, and talk pricing and timelines.

03 Strategy & Planning

Before your solution comes to life, we put the time in to ensure you hit the ground running. A dedicated account manager will coordinate with your in-house marketing team or AOR to align on content best practices and how to use our software to deploy media.

04 Delivery & Launch

Our technology kits ship directly to the store where our certified technicians will install your solution, typically in less than 2 hours. We coordinate with store managers to ensure a minimally disruptive installation, usually when the store is closed.

05 Support Services

Once installed, our service-level agreement covers the warranty of all hardware. We remotely monitor systems 24/7 to diagnose and promptly resolve any issue. Should questions arise, check our documentation and video tutorials, or submit a support ticket.
